Having children with special needs is often of concern for many parents, especially when they are thrown into a high risk medical world when diagnosed with twin to twin transfusion syndrome.

The Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome Foundation is so blessed to have Cindy Boudreaux as our Special Needs Coordinator. Cindy has helped hundreds, if not thousands, of parents who are in need of education, help, hope, and comfort and she is a role model for every one of them. She has created a Special Needs Packet for the Foundation that can be mailed out to anyone in need.
